A love letter to Paris, baked in Cyprus.

Le Marais started in 2024 in a tiny home kitchen, with a single rolling pin and a stubborn dream: bring the patisserie windows of the Marais district to the streets of Nicosia.
Today we work in small batches with French butter, single-origin chocolate and seasonal Cypriot fruit — every piece finished by hand the same morning you receive it.
